Find and engage overseas reps and distributors
Most companies rely on sales agents or distributors to represent them overseas. The challenge is finding qualified partners to import, store, market and deliver the goods to your end customers. Fortunately, the US Commercial Service and some states have excellent programs like the Gold Key Service and International Partner that can help. International tradeshows also provide venues to recruit overseas partners. If you are competing for public contracts overseas, the Advocacy Center within the International Trade Administration can assist.
